The No°7 cleansing brush is the best thing i have ever bought. I have psoriasis on my face and i find it takes forever to clear the scales and could take up to an hour to take makeup off completely and cleanse my skin but i have bought this cleansing brush and my skin has never felt more softer and smoother it is unbelievable the scales are gone and smooth. We are delighted to announce that as of the end of December 2016, our staff and customers have raised an incredible €1 million for the Irish Cancer Society Night Nursing service since the partnership began in June 2012. The Irish Cancer Society’s Night Nursing service provides free end of life care to cancer patients allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own home surrounded by family and loved ones. The €1 million raised has provided over 2,850 nights of Night Nursing care, so a big Thank You to both our colleagues and customers for all of the support in helping to realise this incredible achievement!

MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to Eoin & Joe Keane who have been crowned ‘Super Siblings of the Year’ for being the best big brothers ever to their twin brothers, Cillian and Conor, who have Down syndrome and are members of our Down Syndrome Tipperary Branch. They were recognised at the Maternity & Infant Awards 2016, which is sponsored by Boots Ireland. Their parents Anne-Marie and John could not be prouder of the boys! After explaining to the boys that Cillian and Conor would need a lot of love, care and attention from their older siblings, Eoin and Joe revealed the generous and kind nature that makes their parents so proud. Anne Marie affectionately recalls Eoin remarking, “But dad they're our brothers, why wouldn't we help them?” After that, the boys settled comfortably into their new roles as older brothers, protectors and role models. Not only do they spend their time building on the speech and physiology skills their brothers are learning, but they also continuously show an active interest in their progress. Anne Marie says, “They're always really interested in hearing how they got on at appointments or wanting to know what they have to do for their next appointment.” Even babysitters confess to having little work to do when Eoin and Joe are around, as they insist on attending to their brothers in every way. Not only do they feed, dress and entertain Cillian and Conor, they even bring the boys for their naps. Congratulations to the whole Keane family!

Yesterday evening we had our first Boots Night Walk in Salthill, Galway. The group met President Michael D. Higgins who kindly posed for a photo and generously donated to the Irish Cancer Society Night Nursing Service! The 5km walks officially kick off tomorrow in Phoenix Park and will run at various regional locations throughout next week. The walks are completed by our colleagues, family and friends but here is how you can support - Honour Tags, launched by Louise McSharry, are on sale in Boots stores nationwide for €2. A huge thank you to Boots Ireland who are on track to raise €1 million to support people touched by cancer through their Boots Night Walks for Night Nurses The Irish Cancer Society Night Nursing Service offers free end of life care to cancer patients, allowing them to remain in their own homes at the end of their cancer journey surrounded by loved ones. This service depends on donations from the public and through the generous support of Boots Night Walks, which consist of 5 km walks completed by Boots colleagues, family and friends. Through the walks, Boots Ireland aim to increase awareness, promote prevention and support people living with cancer in Ireland. In addition to the Night Walks, this year Boots have introduced honour tags for the walk which are on sale in-store for €2. Customers can purchase a tag in memory of someone who has passed away from or survived cancer. One meter of the course will be walked in honour of that person. To date they’ve raised nearly €900,000 for the Irish Cancer Society in the partnership and hope to reach €1 million before year end, equating to over 2,850 nights of night nursing care. Just wing it! So today's post is all about winged eyeliner.. My tips and tricks to a fuss free wing. In the description of each picture I will be giving you my guided steps in achieving the look . I decided to add pictures because sometimes it is easier to follow instructions when there is a picture corresponding! One of the most common questions I get asked is how I do my eyeliner. And its so simple i decided to share. Remember ladies at the end of the day it's just make up and it's meant to be fun and experimental. If you don't like it or you've made a mistake it can be rubbed off with make up remover. Just have fun with it ☺ and don't give up on the first go.. Enjoy and I hope your found this helpful ☺☺ Tip: I use the Collection Extreme 24 hour felt tip liner, which I got in Boots Ireland in Mahon Point Shopping Centre as it is so much easier and gives more control for beginners! I believe it is also available in Boots Tralee! Other brands such as essence.cosmetics.int have a very comparable eyeliner also :)

So tonight I had a mess around with that €2.50 eyeshadow palette that I got on Sunday in Penneys. Wow, just wow... I can't get over how pigmented it is, I just love the look created with it. I teamed it with a matte liquid lipstick from Sleek MakeUP called Shabby Chic and a lip liner called Mulberry from Natural Collections in Boots Ireland!! All of the products I used tonight are "drug store" cosmetics so are all super reasonable. I'll post a full list of what I used tomorrow but first I'll show you the look and the colours I used in the palette to achieve it. What do you think?
